We at Worthzon will attempt delivery of the products ONCE. In case the delivery isn't completed during the effort, the customer or purchaser shall still be charged for the order & non-delivery of the items will be possible. We will assume the order carried out in the mentioned causes:

  1. Delivery of item failed due to wrong address
  2. Unavailability of the recipient
  3. Wrong Cell /Phone or Extension Number/Not Working Number/No Reply or Connecting/Unreachable, and delivery is not executed
  4. Recipient refused the items or products

PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER:

At Worthzon we make every attempt to make sure you get excellent service. If at any time, you encounter problems with an order. Please inform us and let us know in case if you see that the product received not as depicted on the website as per your expectation. You bring it to our customer service's notice within 24 hours of getting the product.

REFUND POLICY:

If for some unexpected reason, your product appears damaged in any way, please contact our customer service at support@worthzon.com immediately. Please do include all important details on your order together with a photograph, order number & contact details. Requests regarding refunds should be made within 1 day of delivery of shipment date.

No returns are allowed. However, in case of a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at support@worthzon.com

Refund shall be made under certain conditions:

  1. The order was canceled.
  2. Order was not delivered to the recipient (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient).
  3. If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund, or the product will be replaced.
  4. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
  5. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for a refund.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Worthzon believes in lending a hand to its customers as far as possible, & for that reason has a liberal cancellation policy.

UNDER THIS POLICY AND GUIDELINES:

  1. Cancellations will be taken into account or considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, Worthzon is unable to cancel if the orders have been communicated to the merchants/vendors and they have set off the process of shipping them.
  2. There is no cancellation of requests and orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  3. No cancellations are considered for those products that the Worthzon marketing team has to get on special events like New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc. These are limited-time offers and for that reason, cancellations are not possible.
